Walker Township Zoning Ordinance

A Zoning Permit is required prior to being able to obtain a Building Permit.  Zoning Permits may be dropped off at the Walker Township Building or Penns Valley Code Enforcement Office.  Typically any permit application that is dropped off and is containing the required information will be available for pickup at Walker Township office within 7-10 days.

* Payment is due at the time permit is picked up

       Zoning Fee is payable to Walker Township

In order to be issued a Building Permit, you must provide a copy of the approved Zoning Permit, if applicable a copy of the Sewage Permit, a completed Building Permit Application and 3 complete sets of plans.
